Time Management Planning: What Research Showed
I enjoy working on a managerial team. We like to research ways to increase productivity in our busy office. Our goal was to reach our monthly goals. We found that sometimes staff worked on a project for too long. They did not realize that they could speed up productivity and still have a high rate of accuracy. In my research, I found that effective Time Management Planning would help our company meet monthly goals and staff would be able to complete projects in a timely manner. I mentioned it to the managerial team and we began planning ways to implement it. We were excited!
