it is just too much

i do not use supplements at all and i really do not see the need.they are just way too much money for me any way and i have used them in hte past and i have had no luck at all with them. i do not consider whey protein a supplement so i do use it. when i=ever i can afford it that is. my supplements are canned tuna and chicken breast. along with some rice cakes and you have a winner. it may be bland but it works wonders. there are some really good healthy foods recipes you can use with them though.
